EXPERIENCE

Ms Gu specializes in corporate law, construction contracts, commercial contracts in the litigation and non-litigation business legal affairs. She has rich experience in non-litigation business: as the organizer to participate in the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises equity mergers and acquisitions project legal due diligence work, drafting, reviewing legal documents and legal due diligence report; as a permanent legal adviser and for the enterprise to draft, review all kinds of contracts; participate in the enterprise foreign business negotiations and deal with civil and commercial disputes between the enterprise and other units or individuals, such as non-litigation settlement; participate in the enterprise and other units or individuals to deal with civil and commercial disputes.
